2018年9月16日上午,日本东京大学、川崎纳米药物创新中心主任,美国工程院外籍院士Kazunori Kataoka教授应课题组邀请,在苏州大学药学院作了题为“Self-assembled supramolecular nanosystems for smart diagnosis and targeted therapy of intractable diseases”的专题报告。

报告摘要

In order to treat intractable diseases, as well as toengineer and regenerate tissues, it is essential to develop efficient nano-delivery systems, which enable diagnosis and treatment of disordered tissues in the body by delivering appropriate amounts of therapeutic biomolecules at the targeted sites with appropriate timing. We are developing biocompatible nanocarriers based on the self-assembly of precisely designed synthetic polymers, which can treat diseases at the cellular level, aiming for clinical application.



个人简介

Kazunori Kataoka,博士,东京大学教授,川崎纳米药物创新中心主任,美国工程院外籍院士,ACS Nano、Biomaterials、Biomacromolecules等杂志副主编,日本高分子学会前主席,控制释放协会前主席。Kataoka教授的研究兴趣主要集中于聚氨基酸生物可降解高分子材料在基因递送、药物靶向传输、以及分子影像方面的应用基础及临床转化研究。在Science、Nat Mater、Nat Nanotechnol、Angew Chem Int Ed、J Am Chem Soc等高水平杂志发表SCI论文500余篇;现有5个高分子纳米药物在美国、日本等国进行临床实验,其中2个进入三期临床实验阶段。
